We charge a flat rate for Pos Laju for all orders below RM120:
Peninsular Malaysia (RM7) / Sabah & Sarawak (RM10)
Pos Laju parcels will be posted on the same working day, if payment is received before 1pm. Please note, we do not ship parcels on Saturdays. Should there be a delay in shipping the parcel, the buyer will be notified. Assuming no delays, you can receive your parcel the next working day (for Peninsular Malaysia), and at most 2 days to Sabah / Sarawak.
You will receive an email confirmation of the tracking number once an order has been completed. We strongly advise buyers to track their parcels via the Pos Laju website, if they do not receive their parcel within 3 days. Due to delays in updates in the system, the tracking number will only be traceable after 8pm on the day the parcel was shipped.
ILLO is not responsible for any damage or loss of parcels once shipped. In the unlikely event that the parcel is lost / damaged, please contact the Pos Laju help center at 1300-300-300 to make a report and for further assistance.
Free shipping option will be visible once an order reaches the value of RM120 (WM) / RM150 (EM) and above.
International orders are welcome. Shipping costs to your country will be automatically calculated once your address has been keyed in, upon checkout.
Packages are shipped via registered postage which includes a tracking number and signature confirmation upon delivery. Packages will be shipped out in the next 48 hours of ordering excluding Public Holidays. We ship via Pos Malaysia and packages have an estimated 7 – 21 days of delivery time from the date the package is shipped.
For the time being, all prices are shown in Ringgit Malaysia, and payment must be made in Ringgit Malaysia.

In the event that the package is returned to us due to the customer's error in indicating the incorrect and/or insufficient address, a re-delivery fee would be charged and be payable by the customer.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, ILLO cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as delays, damaged and lost packages caused by the postal service.
