General Exchange (Defects/Wrong Item Sent)

- All exchanges and returns have to be done within 14 working days from date of delivery and 7 working days after an email has been sent on the return/exchange procedure. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will not be entertained.

- All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact. Items which do not fulfill these criterias will be rejected. Customers will be required to top up the delivery charges for mailing back of the parcel. 


- Exchanges are applicable on regular priced items only. This does not include accessories, all sale items and all other items stated under item description.

- Postage charges to and from will be borne by the customer.

- Orders have to be mailed back via a track-able postage mode only. A store credit code (strictly non-extensible) with 90 days validity will be issued thereafter.

- Store credit codes are not applicable with any further discounts.

Defects/Wrong Items Sent

- We apologize if a defective or wrong item was sent. For such cases, we will require them to be mailed back to us via normal mail along with a copy of Certificate of Posting (COP) to be obtained at the post office. This will be made known in the email accordingly. Please do not send the item(s) back on your own accord.

- Kindly email us at illo.enquiries@gmail.com with a snapshot of the defect or incorrect piece for us to advise you further.

- In such circumstances, if there is a replacement piece available, it will be sent out upon receiving the package. However, if the item is no longer available, a store credit with 90 days validity will be issued. Postage charges incurred will be refunded as store credit. There will strictly be no cash refunds.

- Strictly no refunds under any circumstances. Exchanges to store credit only.
